These terms cover your use of the website at leadgendmarketing.com. LeadGend Marketing is a trade name of Leadgend LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company based in Hamel, Minnesota. By using this site you accept what is written here.
If you are a client, read this first. The marketing, advertising, website and reporting work we do for you is governed by the proposal, quote or agreement you signed with us — not by this page. Where that agreement and this page disagree, your agreement wins.
Using this website
You are welcome to read these pages, print them and share links to them. You agree not to:
- use the site in a way that damages it, overloads it or interferes with anyone else using it;
- try to reach parts of the site, or client reports, that are not meant for you;
- submit false information, other people's personal details, or anything unlawful through our forms;
- harvest content or contact details from the site in bulk, by automated means, for someone else's commercial use.
Our content
The text, layout, photography, video, code, logo and design on this site belong to Leadgend LLC, except where they belong to somebody else. Client names, logos and case study material remain the property of those businesses and appear here with their permission. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it to use as your own marketing material.
What is written on this site
We keep this site accurate, but it is a marketing website, not a contract:
- Prices and packages are published for general guidance and can change. The written quote or proposal we give you is what counts.
- Case studies and numbers describe what specific businesses achieved in their own market, in their own time period, with their own budget. They are not a promise or a projection of what you will get. Any figure labelled as sample data is an illustration, not a client result.
- Guides and articles are general information about marketing. They are not legal, tax, accounting or professional advice for your situation.
Contacting us through the site
Sending a form or booking a call does not create a client relationship and does not oblige either of us to anything. We become your agency when we both sign an agreement. What you send us through the contact form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites and services for your convenience. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, their products or how they handle your information.
Availability
We try to keep the site up and correct, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, free of harmful components, or that anything on it is complete or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Leadgend LLC and the people who work for it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. This section is about the website; liability under a signed service agreement is dealt with in that agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and you agree to that venue.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
